Whitney creates trauma‑informed yoga and somatic practices woven with warmth, care, and presence. The intention holds a welcoming, safety‑first space where nervous systems can soften and people can come home to themselves. These heart-centered classes meet each person where they are—in their body, mind, and felt experience—supporting steady, embodied healing and sustainable growth.
Blending somatic tools, breathwork, gentle movement, and restorative holds helps the nervous system recalibrate and the body remember ease. The invitation is to practice embodied listening: sensing, feeling, intuiting, and perceiving through both the inner and outer senses. Through this kind of awareness, we get to know ourselves on a deeper level and make conscious choices from a place of kindness and agency.
Since 2013, Whitney has studied widely with respected teachers and, as always, remains a student. As a 500 hour RYT, she holds certifications in Advanced Trauma‑Informed Yoga and Somatics, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, and Prenatal Yoga.
Outside the studio, she spends time with her soul mate of 25 years, fishing with her amazing teenage son, and playing with three lively pets. She offers a compassionate, welcoming presence for anyone seeking a more regulated, embodied, and healing practice—inviting you to arrive as you are and be held with care.
